A tad disappointed

I believed I checked the product thoroughly, but do not feel I received the product your company presented on your site. Basically, I received just a printed t-shirt. The advertisement displayed a thinner 'V' neck that I thought would reduce sweating, but the actual product does not have that. It is just a cheap t-shirt. I guess I should have checked buyer beware before ordering the shirt.

We are sorry that our product did not meet your expectations. Please know that our direct printing process results in a higher quality and longer lasting image than traditional screen printing. The shirt that your ordered is a high quality blend of poly, cotton and rayon that will not shrink and will retain it's soft feel after dozens of washes, far superior to a less expensive full poly or cotton shirt. We have tested our shirts against others and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, including the moisture wicking properties. We are sorry for the confusion as we do not sell or display any men's shirts that are V-neck. As we stand behind our products we would like to offer you some options to make it right.
